What We Do

The science of
treating the whole
person.

"Every moment of your Physical Therapy experience should invigorate and inspire."

Body Forte physiotherapists identify and treat the root cause — not just the symptom. The difference: fewer recurrences, faster recovery, and the confidence to stay well long after discharge.

Where other clinics rush you through a tech, we assign one licensed physiotherapist to your case from day one. Their expertise is yours for the entire session, every session.

We also integrate Pilates-Based Physical Therapy where appropriate — turning your recovery into an opportunity to move better, build functional strength, and prevent the next injury before it starts.

01

No Techs. Ever.

Your full, undivided attention of a licensed physiotherapist from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.

02

On-Time Guarantee

If your therapist is 10 minutes late, your next session is free. We respect your time unconditionally.

03

Telehealth & Home Visits

Full appointments via Zoom or in the comfort of your home. Clinical-grade care, wherever you need it.

How We Treat

The methods behind
the results.

We blend hands-on manual therapy with corrective exercise and the latest clinical techniques. Every treatment plan is uniquely yours — designed around your condition, your body, and your goals.

Manual Therapy
01 — Manual Therapy

Hands on.
Always present.

Expert hands-on techniques to mobilise joints, release soft tissue, and restore pain-free movement at the source. More effective range of motion. Less pain. Faster progress.

Included in every session
Pilates-Based PT
02 — Pilates-Based Physical Therapy

Science of therapy.
Art of movement.

PBPT turns passive treatment into active recovery. You learn to move better, build body awareness, and develop the functional strength to prevent the next injury before it starts — using clinical Pilates apparatus as your rehabilitation equipment.

Reformers  ·  Towers  ·  EXO Chairs
Dry Needling
03 — Dry Needling

Precision therapy
for deep relief.

Thin sterile needles target myofascial trigger points to release deep tension, interrupt pain cycles, and restore muscle function — reaching where hands alone cannot. Always performed by a specially-trained physiotherapist as part of a comprehensive care plan.

For chronic pain  ·  Post-injury tightness  ·  Headaches
Post-Surgery Rehab
04 — Post-Surgery Rehabilitation

Pre and post-op.
Built for you.

Pre-operative conditioning reduces recovery time and improves surgical outcomes. Post-operatively, one dedicated therapist aligned to your surgeon's protocol guides you through every phase — whether that's spinal, hip, knee, rotator cuff, or ACL. The goal: full function, not just pain relief.
